With so many buyers and sellers researching via the web, it's more important than ever to:

  • Have key information up-to-date in an attractive and easy to use format. Agent Directories and Agent Maps are automatically generated from information that can be maintained by the agents. New agents can be easily added and agents that have moved on can be easily removed.
  • Offer a web site solution to agents. Agents can have their own home page (with their own featured listings and other text) within the Office's web site. Agents can also have their own web site with a unique look and feel that uses the same login, listings database and search facility as the main office.
  • Make it easy for buyers and sellers to contact agents. Office and Agent contact information is stored in a central database - not individual web pages - so contact information is always accurate and up-to-date. Sales leads are distributed round robin to all eligible agents. Agent Directories, Agent Home Pages and Agent Directory Maps make agents easy to find and get to know.
Adding new agents to directories and maps is as easy as clicking “Add Agent”.
Agent directory maps are maintained by the office administrator - not a “web master”.
Any agent can be an office administrator. Agents to not have to be listed in the directory or share in new sales leads.
Deactivating an agent is as simple a clearing the “Active?” checkbox.
